FREE standard ground shipping on orders $55 or more will only apply to domestic orders within the continental United States. USPS & UPS delivers within 2-8 business days from the day it is shipped out.

We treat our orders with extra urgency, hence will leave our store as soon as possible. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (M-F) of purchase.

TRACKING NUMBER REQUESTS

Our system will automatically send you a  tracking number once your order leaves our store. You may also receive the Tracking information via email within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. In the event that you do not receive it, you can track it on our page: “Track Order”.

If you have misplaced your tracking number or did not receive the information, please email customercare@sweetlyrose.com to request for it.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

Important: If for any reason, your package is returned to us, and you request to be shipped back to you again, you are responsible for the original and new shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges.
