RETURNS POLICY

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

While we strive to accept all returns, every item shipped will be inspected to ensure quality control. We will accept any new/tagged/unworn/mint condition items/products within 15 days from the day of delivery for a full refund or store credit. No exchanges or partial store credit are offered at this time. You are welcome to start a new order for a different size or to make a new purchase once your return is fully processed and refunded. Worn, used, or incomplete sets will not be accepted.  To be eligible for full refund or store credit, your merchandise(s) must show no signs of wear and must be accompanied with all original tags.

Items marked 'FINAL SALE' are final sale and are not returnable. 

***Please note panties, bodysuits, and swimsuits that have been tried on in direct skin contact or which show any signs of wear will not be accepted. Body creams, heavy perfume and jewelry can cause the garment to become soiled or damaged and therefore cannot be returned.

  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable; the customer may need to cover return fees depending on the products. Most products are eligible to hassle-free returns. 
  • Gift Card Purchases are also not refundable. 
  • All SALE ITEMS are Final Sale & Cannot be returned.

  • We ask that you use the same box or mailing/shipping package and seal it back securely with tape to return your merchandise (s) to ensure protection of the garment(s) or clothe (s) during shipping. If you don’t have the same box or shipping package, we kindly ask that you use an appropriate box and properly fold the items (s).

    You can always contact us through our contact page with any return question.
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method, unless store credit was selected. We kindly request up to 15 business days for your return to be processed, especially during peak seasons. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
