Unfortunately, we cannot change an order after it has been placed.
Keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order that has started processing or has already shipped from our side. Once our fulfillment center has begun processing your items, they cannot be canceled.
If you want to "Check" if it is still possible to cancel your order, please email customercare@sweetlyrose.com. We are happy to help you cancel your order if it is an option. You will need to place a new order on your own if that is your intention.
If we can cancel your order, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order in 24-48 business hours. The money will be refunded as per the payment mode within 6-10 working days of the confirmation.
